John Caparulo

Leaving Cleveland for LA to chase his dreams of comic stardom, John Caparulo spent years cutting grass at a golf course and working the door at the Comedy Store to make ends meet. In that time, he honed a routine that blasted him into the limelight at the 2003 Just for Laughs Festival. A sitcom deal and a full-time touring schedule followed, leading to appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, a special on Comedy Central Presents, the TBS special Blue Collar Comedy: The Next Generation and the documentary Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Tour. John currently hosts CMT’s Mobile Home Disaster and is a regular on E!’s Chelsea Lately. With his latest Comedy Central special, Meet Cap, now a hit DVD, and more projects on the horizon, the grass has never looked greener for ex-lawnmower John Caparulo.
