Patti Vasquez
Patti Vasquez, a Chicago native, got her start in comedy after leaving graduate school at Northwestern University to work as an emcee at Zanies Comedy Club. While she disappointed her parents by never completing her PhD in history, she has gone on to write and star in three hit one-woman shows: Pregnant Party Girl: From Stolis to Stirrups, Mamacita: Tales of a Diaper Diva and Tequila and Shamrocks: Every Flower Has Her Roots. Her film debut came when fellow Chicagoan Jeff Garlin cast her in the motion picture I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With. As a regular guest on the wildly popular The Bob and Tom Show, Vasquez has reached a whole new audience. She enjoys performing across the country as part of The Bob and Tom Comedy All-Stars. Her perspective on family and relationships, including stories about growing up in a multi-ethnic American family, balances the rest of her act, which exposes the truths about pregnancy and shares the comic moments of marriage and raising children.
Note: Patty Vasquez is only appearing in the 8:30pm performance of The Very Funny Show on Friday, June 19. Please confirm the lineup of each show before completing your ticket purchase. All talent and shows are scheduled to appear and subject to change.
