Jokes and Notes Comedy Club is located in the heart of the Bronzeville District, steps away from the monumental site of the Harold Washington Cultural Center. The club is a beautifully designed 150-seat club with a state-of-the-art soundstage. The lounge area offers a sophisticated décor equipped with a full bar, banquettes and television monitors. Owner Mary Lindsey designed Jokes and Notes to become an outlet for comedians who want to showcase their talents, and a place where people can check out local and top-name national acts, such as Mo'Nique, Adele Givens and Bill Bellamy to name a few.

Patrons of Jokes and Notes Comedy Club must be 21 years of age or older.
