Schadenfreude presents: The Alderman Ed Bus Variety Show (and neighborhood CAPS meeting)

Schadenfreude brings their unique brand of local humor to the Beat Kitchen for a celebration of all things local politics. The comedy ensemble and special guests will toast and roast the new Chicago with stand-up, sketches and music. Schadenfreude has been performing in and around Chicago for over a decade and are behind the popular character, 53rd Ward Alderman Ed Bus. The web-series 53rd Ward followed the fictional character in his run for mayor. And Bus lives on with radio appearances and blog posts for the Chicago public radio station, WBEZ.

Schadenfreude is Justin Kaufmann, Kate James, Sandy Marshall, Stephen Schmidt and Adam Witt.
