Ross Bagley was born on December 5, 1988. Bagley broke onto the Hollywood scene as Buckwheat in The Little Rascals. In 1994, he landed the role of Nicky on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Since The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Bagley has appeared in the films Babe and Independence Day.
